About Kelly

I am passionate about supporting people to live their best lives. I enjoy helping people to realise the skills and potential they have to set goals and work towards greater independence and quality of life.

I am a registered Occupational therapist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. I have been working in the disability sector for over 14 years and am experienced in delivering a range of evidence-based supports to individuals with diverse needs and their families.

I have extensive experience with Autistic adolescents and adults. I have a comprehensive understanding of the needs of people and their families who have complex behaviours and live in supported accommodation environments.

Some of the recent training I have completed:

  • Certified PEERS training- Social skills program for Austictic adults.

  • KONTAKT social skills program for Teens

  • NDS Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner training

  • Home and environmental modification

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, food, watching movies and keeping active. I love the outdoors, travelling and experiencing new places. I am also currently learning pottery.
